My husband has been really sick for the past month and I've been slacking on my chores, arguing and talking back. I was given an assignment to do by my step mommy and not only did I not get it done I got upset and started back talking her. This is a big rule in our house to always respect your elders and I was being very disrespectful. So to make matters worse by not doing my chores but I also didn't get the written assignment done that was asked of me and I back talked my step mommy. My husband wasn't very pleased with my behavior and had a long talk with my step mommy and they decided that a severe punishment was in order. I was placed in the corner with my bare bottom exposed to wait for My step mommy to come over. What felt like hours standing in the corner I hear her at the door talking to my husband but I new better then to turn around to see what was being said. After my cornertime my husband stood me in front of him and lectured me about my behavior.
